Fixed-cost, Fixed-time :

This model is most suited when the scope of the project is clearly defined and can be estimated upfront. Under this option, you pay a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project, which in turn is linked to well defined deliverables

Time and Material :

When scope, specification and implementation plans of software development project are not easy to define at the outset, Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option. For instance in a on-going projects of long duration where the number of resources is known but not the duration. In such a case, we bill for the effort expended using previously agreed upon person-month rates

Dedicated Offshore Model :

Outsource to us custom specific software development projects or any other software jobs, we work with you on a time bound delivery framework on fixed cost engagement. We can allocate you fixed number of resources matching your technical skill set requirements working directly for your projects from our development facility. While you count them as your offshore resource, we manage and administer them as we do with our people and you get the maximum benefits

Resources-On-Demand Model :

We can augment flexi resources on different skill sets with your flexible need for short term duration projects. Still they work as your own resources but for a temporary duration adding no risk thereafter

Joint-Venture Model :

When you want to develop a product or marketable solution, we can form a joint venture with a mutually agreeable stake holding pattern. We can either form a separate management body or jointly maintain the setup.

Built-Operate-Maintain Model :

We take end-to-end responsibility to setup your dedicated ODC (Overseas Development Centre) which is built from the scratch, operated and maintained from us as per mutually designed service level agreement

Built-Operate-Transfer Model :

We take end-to-end responsibility to setup your dedicated ODC which is built from the scratch, operated and later transferred to you as per mutually designed service level agreement
